Annual contract for Chemicals/Glass wares/ Plastic wares- Supply of consumables required in NIAH, Baghpat.

 

 

The Department of Animal Husbandry, Dairying and Fisheries, Ministry of Agriculture, has established the National Institute of Animal Health at Baghpat, which is to be commissioned shortly.

 

The institute will act as licensing and regulatory authority on standards and quality of veterinary vaccines/ biologicals used in livestock and poultry in the country. The institute requires various Chemicals/ Glass wares/ Plastic wares and others consumable product for use in the laboratory.

 

The Institute invites quotations for annual rate contract from distributors/ firms, for supply of complete range of Chemicals/ Glass wares/ Plastic wares and other Consumables of reputed manufacturers. A copy of the Terms and Conditions can be availed from this office within first five working days from the date of publication of this advertisement.   The tenders listing the products, price list and discount admissible should reach the undersigned on before 26th November, 2007 by 4.00 PM.

EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

 

The Department of Animal Husbandry, Dairying and Fisheries, Ministry of Agriculture, Govt. of India has established the National Institute of Animal Health at Baghpat, Uttar Pradesh under the central sector scheme “Directorate of Animal Health” which is expected to be commissioned shortly.

            The Institute is being established with the mandate to act as licensing and regulatory authority on standards and quality of veterinary vaccines/ Biological used in livestock and poultry in the country. The institution will have Biosecurity laboratories and Animal facility under controlled temperature, and airflow. The waste disposal will be managed through incinerator and effluent treatment plants. The Institute has provision for uninterrupted power and water supply.

The Department wishes to invite “Expression of Interest’ from reputed agencies for in operation and maintenance of AHU/HVAC, Electrical installation, Diesel generator, Water pumps and supply system, incinerator and ET plant. The interested agencies may visit the institute at Baghpat on any working day between 14th November to 16th November, 2007. The tenders for operation & maintenance should reach the undersigned on or before 26th November, 2007 by 4:00PM. The quotations will be opened on 27th November,2007 at 12 Hrs in room No. 479, Krishi Bhawan, New Delhi-110001.
